BJ is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and the Managing Partner at Milestone Financial Engineers.  They provide outsourced accounting and fractional CFO services to all industries.  Within the M&A world, they specialize in creating buy-side-and-sell-side Quality of Earnings (QoE) Reports, valuations, and industry benchmarking. He primarily manages the sell side of the brokerage.
